The Women's Healthcare Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist committed to continuing our tradition of excellent patient-centered care. With superior professionalism and communication skills, you're driven by a desire to help make patients' healthcare experiences as comfortable, efficient, and rewarding as possible. Ideal candidate would have previous medical office or customer service experience.
Full Time M-F. Starting wage range $16-$18/hr.

Daily Responsibilities include:
- Greet and Welcome patients & visitors (in person & on the phone)
- Register patients according to established protocols
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, transfer calls as required
- Collect co-pays and payment
Required Work Experience & Education:
- High school degree; additional certification a plus
- Proven work experience as a Medical Office Receptionist or customer service role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines / printers)
- Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare insurance preferred
